Made buying a car a treat. I made the deal on the car over the phone in 5 minutes, flew to Atlanta the next day, was picked up at the airport in a 535i, and was in and out in 65 minutes. Top notch and professional.

Global BMW is Awesome! Members of my family have been using Global BMW for parts and service for years. They are always nice and remember you when you come back. I live in Gwinnett and have visited the dealer close to my house and it is just not the same atmosphere at all. 2006 Honda Civic SI Phone deal as worked out prior to making a 2 hour road trip....and was every bit worth it. The customer service from start to finish was AMAZINGLY SUPERB!! If I decide to trade or buy another BMW in the future, I will make sure to go to Global before even looking here in my hometown of Columbus, GA!!! Great experience!! It has been one of my dreams to own BMW. Dealing with the team at Global BMW made my dream even better. Our salesman Roger Pettito, was pleasant to work with. He was very patient and walked us through everything. Would recommend him to any friend!! The facilities there are really impressive and everybody there made us feel at home. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever encountered.

Great experience Great buying experience ! Adam in sales is awesome.. test drive with him was great, gave a good overview of the car, its features and warranty period. Steve in the finance department is pretty cool, he explained me benefits of the wrap warranty and gave me a good price on it. Overall great experience.. definitely give them a shot.
