Great customer service Ryan, our service rep, provided us with excellent customer service. His understanding of the process and the need to move us through it quickly, really made our day. The service cost was a little on the high end,i.e. $450 battery change. I felt that was too high, but the friendly welcome and guidance was appreciated.

Best Wholesale parts Dept The parts dept at Global Imports are great guys. We get best prices from Global / John Berger around town.They always deliver on time. You don't have to wait 20 min on the phone to get some parts.
Satisfied BMW X5 repair We were satisfied with Global Imports and Nick Gary, in the repair this past week of a transmission pan/seal that needed to be replaced. We got a sedan loaner car, only drove it one place because we were concerned we could have an accident, and have to pay more money! Nick Gary was the service person we dealt with, he was courteous and patient, as we phoned him 3 times about concerns for our BMW.
