awesome car-buying experience Very pleased with our car buying experience at Global Imports. Everyone was friendly and eager to please. Brandy was very patient with us.....we had lots of questions! Roger was super nice and helpful. When we picked the car up, it had been detailed and had a full tank of gas. The whole experience could not have been better!! Repair of 2008 BMW Yesterday I brought my BMW to Global for repair and regular service. My previous Service Manager was no longer with Global and Bernard was assigned. Bernard was responsive to my questions and the work order was quickly prepared and processed. Bernard came once to tell me the car was almost finished then upon completion he helped in processing the invoice and getting my car. The repair facilities have been moved and the new space is a significant improvement. I will continue to service my BMW at Global.
Great car buying experience! My wife and I purchased our first BMW at Global and it was a great experience. Salesman was not at all pushy and went out of his way to explain the electronics and options with our vehicle. We received the car clean and with a full tank of gas. Good price for our trade!
great service pleased with service which i received . ryan burgh was very helpful. the only problem i encountered was that the operator (the machine) was repeating the menu whiteout a person responding to the call i made at 6:30 through 7:00 am.i have spoken to mr. doyle about this matter and he will address this issue. thank you darius naffis md
Outstanding Customer Service!!! I was vising ny daughter in Atlanta, and my passenger rear windowon my BMW 328i stopped working. I called Global Imports and I was told just to bring it in. I was helped by two outstanding service advisors, Ryan Burke and Jermine Duberry. Both of these gentleman made me feel very welcome, answered my questions and help me with requests to go back to the vechicle and get my iphone charger.
