I had a great experience with New Motors this past week while searching and purchasing a used car. The car salesman made the transition much easier than I expected. I am happy with my overall experience, the way I was treated, and of course, I'm very satisfied with my new car.

Keith worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He did not pressure me, but let me make the decision. Allen had everything prepared when I got there and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. Both of these young men are very knowledgeable and professional and are great assets to New Motors.

I'm deliberately holding off my review because the 2016 Subaru Outback has so many tech features. I'd like to get to know my way around them before I put anything out there. I've been a Subaru owner for decades. This is my fifth one. I don't have to be sold on the strength and safety of the coachwork because I had a very bad collision with one and my wife and I were spared any serious injury, but the same couldn't be said of the car. Steve Dillon was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He was considerate and attentive throughout the buying process. At no time did he appear "pressed for time". No question was dismissed and he didn't mind repeating information. His demeanor was such that he wanted me to be as comfortable as possible with all the electronic data BEFORE I left the premises. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales agent to my friends.

I never thought I would be able to get into such a great vehicle like the Subaru Forester due to my "not so great" credit. The New Motors team handled the transaction professionally and efficiently, despite being a long distance purchase. Bobbi immediately provided me with additional photos of the car to alleviate any concern I had about the condition of the vehicle. She promptly responded to every question I had. Steve had all paperwork ready for pickup with the car ready to go for the 500+ mile return trip home. Everything about the transaction exceeded my expectations - including the car!

We can't say enough good about our entire experience. The car is great. Kyle knew exactly what we like in a car. He and the sales Manager Andrew put together a deal with all of the extras plus a few more that we would have asked for. The deal they presented was perfect. Allen helped get us an interest rate better than we expected. Everything about buying this car was made easy for us. We are thrilled with the car and the ease of purchase. Wonderful experience!
