I had a very good experience at this dealership. My salesman Jeff Waid was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me while I was ordering my vehicle. It was our first "New" car - and we will be back in the future. Stephen Kolenda was great to work with - explained all our options and made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. Steve Quinn understands his customers and their needs and wants. He is very clear on the details and helpful with suggestions for items that might be of interest. Pricing is very fair especially considering the current market and world events. If knowing that this is our fourth BMW bought from Steve, and second Performance Center delivery, is any indication of trust and a level of comfort with a car dealer I do highly recommend him and New Motors as the go to for your BMW vehicles! I am very pleased with the service I received at New Motors with the purchase of my new vehicle. The salesman, Jeff Waid, did an excellent job walking me through the whole process. I built my car online and ordered it. The delivery date was right on target and the purchase price was exactly as quoted. I received a fair price for my trade in.
