Everyone at New Motors was great! I had specific features that I need for my growing family. Emily was great at helping me sort through vehicles by text. When I went to the dealership to test drive and see the vehicle we picked, she was not available so she put me in the good hands of Eric White. Eric also was great. No pressure here. I am extremely satisfied thanks to Kevin assistance which was instrumental. I saved money and better deal, got a new vehicle with 7 years warranty for the old vehicle with with 3 months warranty left for the same price. Also old vehicle had 25% interest rate loan, which thanks to Kevin again I was able to refinanced via VW loan department at 4.5% interest rate. He answered all of my questions, and even some questions I didn't know I had. I felt no pressure to make the purchase, rather he let the vehicle sell itself.
