"Purchase of my 2018 outback" My experience with New Motors in Erie, Pa.,was very pleasant. I have been accustomed to high pressure salespersons at other dealerships who did not know their product as well as I did when I was considering their vehicle. "2018 X5 Purchase" Unfortunately we connected with the service department first because our prior car died unexpectedly. Jonathan was very responsive, and Keith (the service manager) was outstanding and assisted with our situation. "Finally, a car salesman (and dealership) you can trust!" After a horrific car buying experience at another dealership I was rather gun-shy about having to find another car, but needed to as the car we had purchased was forever in the shop. "Best Car Buying Experience So Far...." Ryan went out of his way to find me the exact car that I wanted. He was very detailed and thorough when discussing all of the options. Extremely easy to work with and very responsive to call and emails. Completely hassle free. All of the staff, including the finance staff, were polite and friendly.
