"Could not have been easier!" We were in search of a new vehicle for the family and had settled on a BMW X5. The local dealership in New York State was fine, but not very accommodating. "Easy to work with. " The car I was looking for was being transported to the dealer when I went to look. When it got there the next week, I got a call right away. The next morning I went in and it was already detailed and ready to go. Traded in my old vehicle and was on the road in my new car by noon.

"Fabulous Experience" New Motors Volkswagen in Erie was a great location. The test drive included not only back roads, but highway travel as well. Andrew was great, patient, friendly, & not pressing at all with looking to purchase a vehicle. I would rate him a 10/10 along with the team & dealership as a whole. They were professional, kind, & courteous. I will definitely recommend the dealership to as many people as I can, & I will make it a focus to return to New Motors when in need of a new vehicle.

"Professional, knowledgeable and courteous! " We looked at several other options and dealerships before purchasing the Subaru Forester. Our salesperson at New Motors, Tony, was the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly salesperson we encountered. He was able to answer all our questions (even ones we hadn't thought of) about the vehicle, didn't pressure us at all and worked with us until we had a deal we were happy with. "Very impressed !" I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonstrate everything I could possible want about the BMW m550i AWD. When I arrived at 5:15 PM he had three cars lined up. One to demonstrate the ride, a 540i, one for the high end stereo, a 750i and finally a fully decked out 530i. "I keep going back!" The New Motors team was responsive to all my needs--including, perhaps most importantly, my budget. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was treated respectfully during the whole process. This was the third vehicle I've purchased from New Motors--the second from Steve and Allen together--and I have no regrets. Great place, great people, great products!
