"Low Pressure sales process" Keith was a great sales person here. No pressure, no pushing to make decisions, made sure to listen to everything I wanted and ensured that I didn't leave without checking items off my review list. This kept the process straight forward and easy. My only reason for a 4 star over a 5 star is the finance department. Just be sure to be VERY clear to them what is acceptable and what is not for your financial situation. I would trust my next purchase to Keith and New Motors again!

I called New Volkswagen from Pittsburgh to inquire about a 2016 VW Touareg TDI that they had in stock. Two days later my wife and I made the drive from Pittsburgh to Erie. Andrew Bargielski greeted us upon arrival and had the car ready, After an inspection and test drive we decided to proceed and trade our 2013 VW Touareg.
