For a first-time car buyer, my experience at New Motors was absolutely wonderful! The first time I walked into the dealership, I was very honest with Kyle that I was just starting to look and was not sure exactly what I wanted. He was very receptive and provided me with plenty of information and I did not feel pressured to make a decision. I called in on Saturday, test drove on Monday and had a brand new car on Thursday. Andrew was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
This is the second BMW that I've purchased from Steve Quinn and I could not be more pleased. Spending this much money is always nerve-racking but Steve walked me through the process and am confident I got a great car and a fair deal. And I know if I have a problem New Motors will make it right. I even sent my 86 yer old father to Steve to buy a car because I trust him that much. I needed a new mid-size SUV and decided to test drive the 2018 Tiguan.. I was helped immediately upon entering the dealership by Andrew and he was so helpful in explaining the many features that make the Tiguan such a great vehicle. After the test drive I was sold and Andrew had me in my new vehicle in record time. I've had the vehicle for about two weeks now and love it!
