I just bought a Subaru Crosstrek and I couldn't be happier! I have to drive in from Waterford to Erie everyday and I feel so much safer now. I prayed for snow so I could drive in it. Sorry everyone! 3 snow storms later:) Ryan Franklin was a huge help and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and some that I didn't know I would have. I highly recommend Ryan and New Motors and the rest of the team there that made my experience great!
We contacted the dealership by online chat and let them we would be in at 1. As soon as we got there we were introduced to Tony and he took his time to listen to what we were looking for. He took his time explaining the different options for the new Forresters. We took a test drive and were sold. Our F&I person Nikki was great explaining all of our options. We are super pleased with our car and the great service we received. We will be back when we need to replace the Forrester in 15 years.
I had a great experience working with Ryan Franklin. It was my first time leasing a car and Ryan did a great job with explaining everything to me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. We were able to come to a fair price and I was able to leave with a great car.
I went to New Motors just looking around, I had never driven a Subaru nor did I think I wanted one, until I got help from Steve K. As I looked around the parking lot trying to pick out something that I could see my self purchasing even though I never drove one. Steve spent all 5 hours on a Saturday picking out different styles and models and test driving until we found the right one. I ended up driving away in a 2018 Subaru Legacy. Purchasing a car can be very stressful—trusting the salesperson during the negotiation process is extremely important. Steve Quinn, sales person at New Motors, was very helpful not only during the decision-making process but also during the financing. I felt comfortable dealing with Steve and hope he will be available for my next purchase.
Kyle was excellent and thorough. He took his time going over everything even though it was well past 8:00. Also ... Rebecca was very helpful and prompt with the internet sales end of it, We aslso dealt with Andrew and he is a credit to your company, We bought our Kia from him 10 years ago and I can see why he is your sales manager now. Overall ... you have a great crew !
Andrew Bargielski was a great help with purchasing my VW Tiguan. He guided us through the process, and got back to us quickly with any questions. The whole process was hassle free and quick. I would recommend reaching out to Andrew if anyone is interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
