From the moment we stepped into the showroom we felt welcome and comfortable through the whole experience. Everyone was very nice and were willing to help! If I had any questions they were answered quickly, accurately, and honestly. I would recommend New Motors to anything thinking of buying a new or used vehicle.

We had Seth Murphy as our sales associate and my wife and I enjoyed working with Seth to figure out the best vehicle for our needs. We had three options, The Legacy, The Forrester and The Outback. Seth was very patient and answered all our questions with no huury up tatics. We test drove two vehicles and we loved and decided on the Outback. My first experience with New Subaru. Friendly, happy employees. Jump to meet my wishes for multiple test drives and replies to my questions. Not "pushy" in any way. Realistic deal offered, little need for much back and forth. When I made my decision to buy, the next steps were quite fast. Could have taken the vehicle that afternoon.
From start to finish, we were treated with respect. Our salesman was knowledgeable and spent time with us to make certain we understood the vehicle. The buying process was reassuring that we were making the right decision. Drove away more satisfied with the experience than from previous auto purchases.
