Everything moved very smooth....from opening my door to the service desk someone was there to help. They told me 2.5apprx wait time, but the time I opened my lap top and did some work, in forty minutes or less the car was ready. Staff was on point and helpful! Great job!!
I have been leasing BMWs with Shirley for almost 20 years. Since Shirley knows exactly what I want, I do not need to expain to her what I need at all. At the end of each lease term, all I have to do is switch my car with a new lease. This year, it took me one phone call with her for about 10 minutes and she took care of my lease right away. I have being dealing with Jen in the service dept and was satisfied with the service I received and would recommend BMW of bayside to others.
From the time I entered Bayside BMW service center I was welcomed right in and even offered a cup of coffee while I waited for my service advisor Melissa. Melissa went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations coming to the dealership. I was always weary about coming to dealerships because of what most people advise me, but Melissa made sure I was notified every step of the way and assured me my vehicle was in the right hands.
The car buying process can sometimes be a headache but I’m glad to have gone to this dealership and had Fernando Cedeno as my sales representative. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the car but he was very patenient with me. He well informed me about everything making this experience easier for me.
