Melissa was extremely helpful and explained the necessary services my vehicle required. Only issue I experienced was waiting for my car to be washed, I left with out it being washed because I was informed that the vehicle was ready but it was actually in line outside the garage door waiting to be washed
Greg is always available for me when I need him. My busy schedule sometimes opens up and when I can Greg always makes it happen in the blink of an eye. Professional and over the top accommodating he really does everything and goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. I'd rather come to bayside and drive 15 miles than go to Manhattan and drive 2. The Bayside BMW service Center is second to none and Jen Odato is a rock star of customer service! Jen went above and beyond to make sure that my pre owned BMW X6 was in pristine shape! Service and Jen are the key to my satisfaction with BMW and are THE reason I will continue to drive BMWs when I have so many other choices.

It’s great service of this Dealership. They really helping up everything s. Workings well done. Also the car get good cleaning. They loaner the car to me too. Much better than waiting there.
A+ customer service and mechanics!!! Speedy service and very accommodating. I would recommend them to others and I will be a returning customer. Always a plus when they clean your car after the service also!
