My experience at Bmw of Bayside Service Center couldn't have been any better. My service advisor George Fan was professional, courteous, informative, and efficient. He is exactly what I would expect of BMW. He explained each step to me and was very helpful and solution-oriented. I think that he is an asset to BMW and the epitome of the BMW standard of excellence. Based on my experience I would definitely refer anybody I know to this service center.
I have visited the service center on several occasions and experience has been great so far. In particular I would like to give a shout out to George Fan for his exceptional customer service, he is primarily the reason I visit this service center instead of other auto service shops in the neighborhood. I was a bit uncomfortable coming into the dealership but Fernando Cedeno came up to us with a pleasant greeting and helped us through the process. I appreciate the time and efforts he took. He was well informed and helped us find the car that was right for us. Thank you Fernando!!

My service advisor is Wendy. She takes care of me ALWAYS! When I need to call her for getting her assistance but if she is too busy to pick up her phone, she definitely call me back immediately. She is very thoughtful and helpful!!!

Shirley and Priscilla at BMW of bayside was the easiest and most straight forward people to work with. Their customer service is top notch and they kept me informed proactively every step of the way. They are both good people and i highly recommend going to Shirley if you are serious about buying a car! I will be a repeat customer of Shirley in the future.

The best car dealership experience bar none thanks to Shirley Chen and Priscila Tsun. Walking in to BMW Bayside I was far from set on leasing a BMW, but after sitting down with Shirley it was the clear choice for me. She worked with me to find the perfect car and lease agreement. The process of finding the right car at the right price was smooth and easy; something I have not experienced at any of the other dealerships I've visited.
