Great Experience This is our second purchase of a new BMW through BMW of Fremont and as last time, we were very pleased with the service. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful and answered all our questions. The process took a little longer than we expected but was still within a reasonable time frame. We received a fair price with our trade-in. We expect to be dealing with this dealer next time we are in the market for a new car.

Great service When I first arrived, I was not too impressed with the lack of reception. I didn't know half the staff was at an offisite event leaving the dealership understaffed with an influx of interested buyers such as myself.
