"All staff very professional." I found Bobby Channan and the other employees encountered to be extremely professional when purchasing my car. I also found the person assigned to assist in delivering the car and providing assistance on all the car features and technology to be very helpful and willing to answer all questions. This is the second car I have purchased from Rallye.

"Install missing piece on center console, XM radio download" Had an appointment to install missing piece from center console and download for XM radio for recently bought certified pre-owned 2017 BMW X3. Service was excellent. Customer service was very friendly except they kept passing my wife by and helping other customers that came after her. She felt like she wasn't as important as the other customers. This is her recollection of the experience. Otherwise Love the car!
