"Quality of experience is directly tied to service adviser..." Quality of experience is directly tied to service adviser and assigned technician. Service manager Chris B and senior advisor Carol CM are keepers. Unfortunately the back of the house staff is too often uneven in the quality of work. Sometimes it feels like they aren’t always “inspired” to sweat the details. Return visits should be rare not the norm. That said, I remain willing to drive the drive the 40 miles to Rallye to work with Chris and Carol.

"Freaking Awesome!" Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that I would have to leave the car. Chris and Emily had me in a loaner and out the door quickly. Emily called me daily to update me on the status of my car. When the time came to pick it up, I asked Emily if she could have it brought up so I would not have to wait.
