"Excellent and professional service." Customer treatment top shelf. Very organized and accommodating. Expected to wait for my vehicle in for an inspection and first service; but, on arriving was advised there was a recall that would take up to 6 hours. Given a loaner without any wait time.

"Wonderful service" I leased a 2019 530 from Bayside BMW, as it was closer to where I used to live. They were HORRIBLE!! When I picked the car up, I noticed a rattle above my head. The Bayside sales person told me to call service and get a loaner. I called and even though it was a brand new car, Bayside' s service couldn't accommodate me for at least 3 weeks! I called Rallye BMW and I got an immediate appointment with a loaner! What a difference! My sales advisor was Terrence and he was terrific!
