"Great service from Frank" Frank Trotta has always been helpful since I acquired my first bmw. If it was not for Frank I would most likely be going to a different service center that is closer to home

"Excellent and Professional service" They were very professional. The problem with the car was quickly diagnosed and repairs were completed in the anticipated time frame. I expressed some additional concerns which were also addressed and repaired under the warranty without additional expense from me. This was a nice bonus. They were quite transparent about what was needed. No hidden costs. I have to apologize to my service consultant because I do not remember his name, but he was very good.
