"Glad I'm back" Had previous cars with Rallye, but my last one was from another dealer. From day one, dealing with them was like pulling teeth. When the car was due to be returned, there was no way I was going back to them. Happy that I was able to make a deal with Rallye, and happy to be back with a professional service department. "Fantastic customer service" I recently leased a new BMW 3 series from Bert at Rallye Westbury and he was fantastic. Bert and Hasan helped to cater to my needs and wants of my new BMW and made everything happen. Things were done in a timely manner and communication was awesome. I will be returning again as a loyal customer. Bert was outstanding. There was a bit of an issue with another dealer I was dealing with but he was very professional with handling the situation.
