"Awesome Service!!" This is the third vehicle I have leased through Rallye and now my wife has one as well. The service Department is hands down great!! I have never had an issue with the service department and anything explained to me prior to the service was done with a smile!! "Communication " For the most part service has been good, but service rep(Carol) does not keep you updated on status of service. I called & texted numerous times to see the status of the part that was ordered. Other than the communication everyone has been very courteous and helpful.
