"Easy Service " Had to visit For service on my BMW. My service advisor was Adam. Very nice and knowledgeable person. He was a great a help. Will definitely use Ralley BMW.

"BMW Inspection & Washer fluid leak" All went well with my service the car was cleaned and prepared as expected. I was contacted upon completion an was provided a loaner over night as a part needed to be ordered.

"No nonsense " I know this is the title of another review but it sums up the experience perfectly. Nico took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got the car I wanted for a great price. Did not feel rushed or pressured at all. If you’re looking for a BMW this is the guy to see. Will definitely be back in the future.

"Rallye BMW " Gabriel was wonderful to work with on the lease of our 2019 BMW X4. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and was patient with us as we hadn’t had our minds made up on one particular car. I highly recommend Rallye BMW and salesman Gabriel Hale!

"Setvixe" I had just purchased a set of tires for my M4 and while driving around town got a HUGE metal piece jammed in my tire. Last minute and with minutes left until they close, they took me and replaced my tire. After a few back and forth’s, they made the situation even better with an unexpected service and a few other bits... I’m a customer of the NYC “store” but will now transfer my business to Ralley! Bravo team!!!

"Good communication, friendly service, extremely high costs. " Clean and helpful sales folks, quick experience in communication and clean loaner car. Brandon was great to work with. Prices were extremely high, maybe the case with all bmw centers, real discouraging for owning a bmw beyond the first few years.

"Great Experience getting into a new 5 Series" The only car buying experience that was equally as pleasant was the previous vehicle I had purchased from George Kanes for my wife. "As usual Exceptional Service!!! " Dorian Jackson was extremely friendly and patient throughout the entire purchase process. He answered all of my questions, and he was very knowledgeable.
