"Warranty service" Overall Ralleye service is good. The problem I had on this visit is related to my dysfunctional vehicle, however, middle management is unwilling to reveal their internal decisions to the customer. David ONeill is a great service representative who I have known for at least 25 years as a Ralleye customer, but on this problem, his hand were tied. I am unhappy with the results this time.

"Highly Recommend!" Nico was very informative and super helpful in finding the right car for me. He took extra time in fully assisting me going through all details and explaining the breakdown of the numbers. I will be back very soon to make a final decision. I just felt so appreciated and not rushed out because I was not ready to buy that day. He really respected my wishes and helped me have all the info I need to make a decision

"It was great, service was quick and accurate." Came in for an oil change, found out there were multiple things wrong with my car. Rallye gave me a loaner that I fell in love with, which will most likely push me to continued business further down the line. Dennis Deljanin was my service advisor and he was great as well too.

"Superb experience " I decided it was time for a new car however was dreading the process of searching et at. Surprisingly - this was quite an enjoyable experience. I gave my specs and my budget and Keith matched me with my new car. I went to pick up the car and everyone there was so pleasant and easy to speak with. "EXTRODINARY" This was my 5th lease with Rallye and Robert Wachsman. Each experience has been better than the rest. Robert goes out of his way to find the car you want within your budget and makes the whole sales process is seamless and enjoyable. I will never go anywhere else.
