"Service" I've been to several BMW locations in NY and NJ for service and I can say Rallye BMW service is the best. Also I've worked with couple of advisors here and I'd recommend Gianni Marini. He's friendly, explains thoroughly what needs to be done, and most importantly great at following up.

"Chy Wiggin is Awesome" I have leased dozens of cars in my life. Service dept usually ok at best. Rallye is above average but Chy Wiggin is the best I have encountered. Professional , treats you with respect. Respects your time. Usually delivers your car at or before promised. All service advisors could learn from him.
