"Rallye always the best service!!!" Rallye BMW has unbelievable consumer service. I have been using them for years. Every time without exception from initial contact to arrival and exit, it seems like I am going to the spa. My car loves it there the same way I do. My service manager David ONeill is so helpful. He always takes care of all my requests. I can not say enough good things about Rallye BMW!!!

"Very professional in every aspect!" I called Rallye w a flat tire and they worked me into the service schedule immediately. A replacement tire was mounted, and while I waited, they also performed the inspection for NY State and serviced the car. They kept me informed and the work was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Best, Jim

"Excellent Service Experience" I had an EXCELLENT service experience with my 2016 X1. The service advisor was respectful, courteous, he listened very well to my issue and made the paperwork experience almost non-existent. I would very much recommend Rallye BMW Service. "Excellent Customer Service" The team went out of their way to ensure that my 2017 530i xDrive radiator problems were fixed properly. They took the time to find the problems I identified and ensure that the problems were fixed to my satisfaction. I was kept well informed and the shop, unlike other dealers, performs well with no B.S. Chy Wiggan is the man who is straight and to the point. I take all my cars here and no where else.
