"Multi-point Inspection Maintenance" All work was completed but the repairs took longer than originally estimated. I had to keep the loaner car overnight, but they did not charge me for it. The work was finished by lunchtime the next day. When I went to pick it up the car, they seemed to be short-staffed as I had to wait quite a while outside for help, then finally just went inside to pay & drop off the loaner car key. "Quick and Easy" I was really impressed with the service on my 1999 540i BMW. Christopher Blanco very politely gave the initial inspection. Gianni Marini gave A through explanation of the repair and called me at home when it was ready for pickup. Car is driving like new. I found everyone so polite. Thanks to the whole crew. "Speedy and courteous " Speedy and courteous . As I arrived I was greeted by an attendant and Adam immediately approached and introduced himself as the service manager. He handed me his business card and told me to call if any questions or concerns. I was given a loaner which was convenient for my schedule on that day. He called me with problems that was found on the car , and he also called in a timely manner when work on the car was completed. I received my car cleaner than I brought it in. Thanks Adam.
