"Attention to Detail" Service Center Rep was heads and shoulders above many at Rallye I have had over the years. While past performers are good, Carol went above and beyond with regard to follow up. She allowed the Rallye customer to feel as if this car got the proper attention. Past performers only regurgitate what the techs tell them. Carol was INFORMED in many technical details and could give insight on approach keeping in mind cost and long term opportunity.

"A Million times more professional and helpful than Freeport" I had many issues with the Freeport service center and was almost ready to end my lease early due to the bad experience and unprofessional service.
