"excellent customer service" Adam is very attentive to service details and kept me up with the progress. All the work appeared to have been done professionally. The loan a car was excellent, clean and I enjoyed driving a different model than my own car.

"Good experience but..." Adam was friendly and professional. He addressed my issues and I thank him for that. I don't have any complaint against him. He agreed to address couple of the issues that I brought up during my next visit. I do have complaint against the technician who worked on my rim. He could have done better job. The car was being delivered without the cap and the M sport emblem. I had to tell them to fix the issues which in my opinion is poor service.
