"Excellent service experience!" As always a very good service experience at Rallye. Adam Romano had me in my loaner car within 15 minutes of my arrival. The pick up was also quick and efficient.

"Emergency tire repair" This week I ran into a problem when one of the tires on my car went flat due to damage to the sidewall. Unfortunately, I was not able to have the tire repaired locally because I did not have the wheel lock key that was needed to remove the wheel. I called Rallye and they helped me to get BMW Roadside Assistance to tow my car to Rallye's service center. Workers at the center were able to unlock the wheel, change the tire and change the locks on all of the vehicle's wheels and provide me with a new work... read more

"Seamless" Knowledgeable and professional staff. Pressure free experience. Show room experience was excellent.. Tech support was provided. With all the electronic options provided with the vehicle, the time spent with the Tech Rep was absolutely necessary. Very complete walk thru In addition the open invitation to return to the dealership for follow up walk thru is very comforting, .This proves Rallye's goal of customer satisfaction is real.

"Adam Romano, Service Manager," Adam helped me negotiate my car being towed from my workplace (after having blown two tires riding over a pothole on the Northern State Parkway. I have never had an experience like this before and this is my second lease with an X3. He made everything very easy and simple -- with a loaner car and fabulous service.
