"superior service" I came in to check my tire pressure because my sensors were all off because of the cold weather, and my service rep Raphael C. was awesome and attentive, when you say 90 minutes for a returned car, you mean it. I noticed the hitch plate on the back of the car was missing when I got home, called Raphael the next morning, said to come over, and he'll have it for me. "Great experience and service, aside from the hard sell" I walked in and decided to buy an X7 right off the showroom floor that day. Keith my salesperson was excellent -- no hard pressure tactics, provided helpful information, and was responsive.
