"BMW Service" The service at BMW service center is very quick & professional especially if you request a loaner. The Representative will take your information and have you out on the road to your destination in less than 10 minutes. The mechanics took an average of a few days to complete all the work that I needed done to my car.

"It was Excellent!" Service is always exceptional. I mean everyone. I was in and out dropping off and then picking up my car. Frank, my service manager, was very helpful- contacted me several times to provide me an update. Meanwhile, the upgraded loaner car was fun to drive.

"Bmw Oil Change" Quick change. 45min and was taken without any appointments. I am very happy with the service. Also, reasonable prices. Would recommend this service to anyone.

"Qick Response" I had a flat tire, on a run flat tire on a highway on a Sunday night. I brought the car to Rallye, which was not my usual service center, on a Monday morning, and they took me in, immediately. I was back on the road, with a new tire, in a short period of time, They kept me informed every step of the way, and they couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend Rallye, to anyone who needs service.

"friendly" I got my first BMW with Larry since he is with Douglaston BMW 15th years ago he is the best, the service department also very friendly they threat me with respect .I will be looking for another BMW by December I am looking forward to work with Larry again.
