"Service" Great place this is my second car and I plan on getting another. Service is excellent and I love to get to drive different cars when my car is getting served

"Great Visit" It was a good visit. I brought my car in for a recall. They took me in very promptly and my loaner was ready quickly. They treated me courteously and professionally. Adam Ramano, my service advisor was there and as usual handled my service needs promptly and advised me they would call me when my car was ready. He also noticed that my inspection was going to expire shortly and had my inspection done on my car was in the shop. He provided excellent customer service.

"Absolute pro’s " I came in for General Service (oil & filter, fluids check, etc.). I arrived 25 minutes late, completely my fault, and there was a line of 5-7 cars in each lane. I thought I was in for trouble however the line moved faster than a Starbucks drive thru and my service representative, Raphael, was there to greet me, walk me thru what we were doing to the car and took the time to make sure he understood any other concerns that didn’t come up from the cars computer. "Service was great!" I’ve moved far from Rallye BMW, and my X3 is off warranty but I continue travel there. At Rallye all work is done in a timely manner and everything is always taken care of thanks to my Service Advisor Gianni Marini. Everyone is top notch at Rallye!

"Quick, easy and no hassle." Chris was quick to make new car entry into the system, reviewed the warranties applicable to the purchase. I wish Chris the best of luck in his new position, he for sure has earned it with his hard work which I have seen for 10 years. Adam acknowledged the service was complete and the car was ready with in hours of the start of the appointment. All is well with this Bimmer(#3) , the best I have had as of yet.
