"inspection and service check" they are very friendly helpful and professional to me, did a nice jobs for my car..every times when I went for service of my car .they wash and vacuum my car very clean & shining,

"Fast and excellent service" I've been to other BMW dealers and the level of professionalism does not even come close to Rallye BMW. Fast and friendly, that's the way I like it.

"Dennis is Great" I went there because my car was serviced a week ago. However when I opened my trunk the technician left a compartment open with wires exposed. Dennis apologized profusely he told come in and rectify the problem quickly. He is very professional took accountability I have no complaints. He should be commended for his work

"Gianni Saves the Day" My radio/navigation/CD player kept shutting itself down and rebooting. I brought the car to Rallye and had to leave it over Christmas. Gianni arranged a loaner for me and helped me negotiate the cost of replacing the entire system. He called me every day with a status update and kept me informed with the car's progress all along. Gianni told me he'd take care of me and he did. He is a professional, a gentleman and a man of his word. Rallye should be proud to have him on board.

"Fast, considerate and efficient" I liked the service at RallyeBMW for its speed, efficiency and automation and the professionalism of Bret Hines. My only grouse was that they dont serve coffee to customers. Even Midas will do it.

"Prompt and painless" I was in and out quickly with a loaner car. They called me to update me on the status of when my car would be ready to be picked up. Very friendly and courteous staff.
