"The service only gets better" I've been a Rallye customer since 2013. I just got my third car with Joel's assistance. He's always responsive, friendly and reasonable.

"In and out " I've come here twice so far and my experience has been great overall. They take my car, give me a loaner, and call me when my car is ready for pickup. When it is time to pick up my car, I'm out of there within 5 minutes. This only demonstrates how well organized Rallye is. Highly recommended!

"Work Done but incomplete" Work done was fine but I asked to make sure that the phones were connected, told they were connected and even had it on invoice, however drove 5 miles before realized phones NOT connected, had to return to shop. A lot of wasted time which could have been avoided.

"Job done but not completed" Computer needed to be rebooted, service department resolved the problem but phones not reconnected. We needed to come back for the telephone to be reconnected to car.

"Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly " I got an oil change, NYS inspection and multi point inspection done. I waited 1 hour to get these services done which I think is reasonable. What I didn’t like was how my window and dashboard wasn’t cleaned off after removing the old NYS inspection. There was sticker residue on the glass and little shreds of the sticker all over my dashboard. This was after they provided a car wash as well.
