"excellent" Attentive and efficient service. Excellent service advisor (Dennis Deljanin). Good communication and I have never felt that they were hiding anything. I have used them since 2012 for 2 new 5 series, one used 5 series that was not bought from them, a 3 series wagon not bought from them, and a 7 series leased in 2016. Getting in for service is a breeze, with a very efficient intake process, and I have rarely had any issues getting an appointment either.
