"Service of 750L" The service folks at Rallye BMW did a fabulous job. Adam and his team got me in and out of within minutes with a loaner. Adam called me later that day and explained any issues. My vehicle was ready in a couple days and when I picked it up, which only took about 10 minutes, my vehicle was washed and cleaned and in perfect shape. Every time I’ve had to use Rallye Service it has been painless and extremely efficient so I could get right back to work without missing a half of day.

"Maintenance Service" I took. my 2018 3201 xdrive in for the required oil change and NYS insepection. A check up of the car indicated that a wheel alignment was also needed. All the tasks were completed in the time frame promised. I applaud the service dept. always a pleasure to visit Rallye.

"Better service finally " Service was much better this time, i appreciate my car being serviced in a fast + accurate manner. They did a good job cleaning the car. I forgot service mgr's name. He was very nice + stuck to his word of saying car would be ready in an hour. I didnt like how the front desk lady forgot to give me my car key + told me my car was ready.
