"Kindness, knowledge and Empathy with a great smile." The service representative (Sheneta) was quite professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and to explain what needed to be done on my vehicle. She was courteous and I felt she was empathetic and did not rushed me to make decisions.

"Best service experience" Rallye BMW service department has been amazing. They make it easy and convenient, don't push unnecessary service and communicate very well. They also return a cleaned and washed car, and provide loaners without the hassle that some others give. I have no experience with their sales department but service is very good.

"Fast and accomodating! Jon Szpot is the best" I needed ny 2015 3series inspected asap but had to first have the front window tinting removed Jonathan Szpot made arrangments to have my cars tinting removed , the car inspected and gave me a new X5 loaner to use for the day! Rallye BMW and Jon are the best. I would highly recommend Rallye to anyone Thxs Bob
