"Excellent service" Excellent service. Sorry I didn’t keep the card of the gentleman who helped me was service manager I believe. I only needed a state inspection but I left with that and a car wash!

"Pleasant experience" Service rep. Sheneta was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed through the whole process, she checked to see if there were any discounts to apply and she provided me with an awesome loaner vehicle. Did I have to pay a lot? Yes, but she did make the pain a little easier. I recommend Ralley BMW for service just come prepared to pay for your investment.
