"Great experience" Great professional experience. Always a pleasure to deal with Rallye. Very knowledgeable staff and cautious advisors. Loaner cars are readily available. Dealership keeps in touch with you while your car is being serviced.

"very professional and really great to work with " I think my sales agent is terrific - his name is Gabriel Hale. I have been working with him for a while and he is amazing. I did request that the chairs be replaced in the sales area since people need to sit while waiting - apparently the new owner disagrees- this is not a good customer experience Here is your problem, BMW Financial stinks . As great as the sales team is , the financial folks are horrible
"Very very good" everything was superb all my need were met. In and out quickly. Car was lean and washed. I needed the car back early and that was accommodated.

"Awesome Service" By far this had to be the best experience when purchasing a car. I didn’t have to spend a whole day there. Did my paperwork, went back in 2 days to pick up my new car. EVERYTHING was done for me including the transfer of my personal items from one car to the next. There was a dedicated gentleman who walked me through all the features of the car, step by step and did not leave until I was comfortable. Rallye BMW is GREAT!!!
