Cy did an outstanding job getting my vehicle returned to me in a timely manner. The whole staff is professional, the servicing department is clean and very presentable.

When I realized tire had bubble called Chy and said to bring car in right away. He managed to get me a loaner once arriving. That was no hassle.

My Satellite radio shut down. Rallye did full diagnostic and decide to replace with a new radio. I was given a new 2018 loaner. My Service Advisor Jonathan Szypot was super accomodating and made sure everything was right. I was set up with a BMW Genuis who helped program the radio.. Rallye BMW IS THE BEST!!
My wife and I met sales rep Robert Chae - consummate professional. We had done the rounds earlier - Audi [disinterested salesperson], Mercedes Benz [ also Rallye - good experience], Subaru [OKay] and Toyota [absolutely the worst experience] looking for a small SUV for my wife - who hates shoppoing for a car. This is my second time purchasing from Rallye because of my sales advisor Gabe Hale. He is awesome and even though both of my purchases were CPO vehicles he delivered them wirh extreme professionalism. I’m sure I’ll be purchasing from Rallye in the future..
