Visiting the area and on my way to upstate NY for a BMW scheduled service near my home. Hit a pothole in the snowstorm and got a flat tire, Rallye BMW service department was wonderful. They said to come right over. They told me to take my time but they would help me. Not only did they replace my tire (and handle my tire insurance) they also were able to do the scheduled service.
