Received a maps update for my onboard nav. It must have deactivated it. Brought the car in, by the end of the day it was as good as new

Arriving on my scheduled time, I was greeted by my service representative James DelVecchio. He quickly inquired for the reason of my visit. No sooner did I describe the concerns I had, he also mentioned that the car software needed to be updated. He quickly worked on the paper work and inquired if I needed a loaner car, which I did not. Professional very helpful and met my needs after I had my car towed in they worked together to get me a loaner car in a promptly manner while they worked under pressure with many other customers
