I have been working with Rallye Bmw service for several years now and I have never been disappointed. I’ve worked with several service advisors and all have been excellent. Repairs and maintenance done quickly and correctly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
I went there for regular maintenance but they had to keep my car longer as there was a recall issue with my passenger’s airbag. They provided me a loaner car which was almost brand new with only 300 miles on it. Got my car back a day later, all washed and vaccuumed for free. All the crew who I’ve dealt with were all friendly. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience for me.
Not for nothing I don't go to dealer ship for anything because you hear many horror stories but here I told them what I wanted and they did just what asked. Geo my service rep was on point and keep me updated on what was going on. I had a good experience.

Best Service Department I have ever experienced. If the price is right, I will remain with Rallye. My lease is over soon and looking for a bigger vehicle but my payment must be in $420 range max
