My car was due for an inspection and I had just received a coupon from Rallye for a free inspection. Made my appointment on line, brought car in, waited less than one hour. Car washed and returned in record time. Nice circumstance - an advisor who I had dealt with in the past saw me after finishing with another customer. Chy came over to me, called me by name and checked to make certain everything was okay. A consummate gentleman who is always a pleasure to deal with.

I did some work prior to arriving to make sure I get good value for my trade in and the new car. They were very close to the numbers I wanted. I probably could have gotten the number down some more, but for them to be so up front with the values that I didn't bother haggling for another percent or two. Rallye is first rate all the way. From the sales manager Rich DeAngelo, who is as professional as they come, all the way down, this dealer is simply the best. Joel Sobin helped me and I have worked with him for several years and he is excellent.
My maintenance warranty was expiring in 10 days so I just wanted to check out everything. My service advisor Jonathan was very caring about my expiring warranty and adressed my concerns. They took care of all the issues. Great place to have your car serviced.
