Coming from a "high volume dealer" and walking into Rallye BMW, was like leaving a cheap motel and going to a 5 Star Hotel. From the very start Robert Wachsman, treated me with respect and care in hearing what i was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer my questions and get back to me with emails and phone calls. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership. They exceed other BMW dealership/service centers by far. I had one other(negative) experience with a different BMW dealership and was treated rather poorly. I immediately returned to Rallye in Westbury. I will never use anyone else.

Rallye service is superb. This is my wife's car and my service rep Mr DelVecchio and your technicians always make sure to go the extra mile to make sure the car is serviced well. My wife is disabled so it gives us great comfort to be taken care of so well.
