I was greeted immediately by my advisor. We discussed all issues that needed to be taken care of The next minute I was walking over the my brand new loaner vehicle Car was completed later that day as promised and everything was perfect It is amazing that how many customers this dealership has I always feel as I'm their only customer Been this way for over 15 years Matt and his team do a superb job

The service rep was extremely nice & helpful. She completely understood my issue & had the service team correct my problem quickly. My experience with Rallye BMW service department was much better than the experience that I had with the salesman at the dealership.
Adam Romano has always taken great care of me and my car. Whenever I've had a problem with the car, he has always been able to accommodate my requests. The service center is top notch and has always performed well without the need for re-work.

Came in for a state inspection on my 2011 X5 and Adam sat down with me to go over the the maintenance that my 100,000 mile + vehicle was going to need over the course of the next year. The honesty in letting me know that my now out of warranty truck is amazing to me. He could have just inspected the vehicle and when the things went on the truck over the next year I would have had to fix one at a time costing me a lot out of pocket.
