Quick car delivery process. I like the offer to come back and revisit with a genius. I was in and out. Everything went like clock work. From getting the agreement in place to document signing. Last lease I had, it seemed more tedious.
This is my first BMW and I had such a wonderful experience with Hasan. He walked me through every detail of my lease and worked within my budget and car specifications. It was a great car buying experience and I would absolutely use Rallye again.
As city residents with a 7 months old (and no prior car in some time) George made us super comfortable in our decision and helped make the process super easy. he was very professional, patient (with all my questions) and helpful. would reccomend him over and over.

As soon as you enter the service bay my name and car came up on the screen and the employees had all the paperwork ready to begin. When Sheneta said that the car would be ready in an hour - it was. Comfortable waiting area that made the time go smoothly.
Service was great and fast. They had the service completed in a day with short notice. Dealer let me choose which loaner car I wanted which was very nice.
