I can not believe it has been a year since I leased my BMW. I took it in for the annual inspection. The service team is great as usual. Took care of the inspection, topped out the fluids, and cleaned the car as usual. A great service that is the Rallye norm. Brandon kept everyone in check. The Rallye team is second to none.

I brought my car in due to a punctured tire on a Saturday. Brandon informed me that they did not have the replacement tire in stock and that my car would be ready on Monday. I was provided with a loaner car. Within two hours Brandon called to inform me that they got the tire and my car was ready to be picked up. Excellent service.
Every employee greets you with a smile and asks if they can help. I have always been impressed by the efficient and respectful manner with which all clients are treated. Truly a first class operation that I would recommend to anyone.
