My car is 2010 ---- every two months I was adding oil --- gauge said add 1 qt oil oil at minimum I come back because Rallye has always been honest with me. Gasket work ---done. I could have put it off. On a scale of 1 to 10 service advisor Adam said it was a 5. I said do the work. By being honest with the consumer, it drives people to COME BACK. I would only by a new car or lease a car from Rallye. Service and communication is best.
The sales person Larry Kim is nice, honest, and very helpful. Would highly recommend this sales person to my friends and family! overall, I would define kitty come back to this dealership when my x5 lease term is done.
Service Advisor Adam Romano got right to the point, found the problem and fixed it as quickly as he good. An excellent job as I have found him to be on all my visits over the past few years.
I've been going to Rallye BMW to get my car serviced for over 5 years now. Its been a pleasure dealing with Carol this whole time. She's very knowledgeable and professional in doing her job.
Let's face it, BMWs are complex, highly engineered performance machines, not luxury automobiles. Given the level of commitment required to own them you can't just trust anyone to work on them. These guys at Rallye are the real deal. Not only do they know their stuff from a technical standpoint, they also know how to treat their customers. As ALWAYS - James DelVecchio is the best, most complete and friendliest service rep you'll find at any auto dealer or repair facility. The service techs always find and fix the problems, and James always makes it easy, assuring every detail is handled quickly, thoroughly and without any hassle at all. This keeps me traveling the 20 minutes necessary to get to Rallye rather than some much closer BMW or auto repair facility.
